Opera for the Entire Family

Catch a FREE performance of our children's opera, Three Little Pigs. Introduce your children, grandchildren, neighbors’ children, or the child inside yourself to opera in a kid-friendly atmosphere! These performances are held at the UWF Music Hall in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts.

Madama Butterfly Cultural Day

Pensacola Opera and the Japan House at the University of West Florida have teamed up to host a Japenese cultural day so that members of the community have the opportunity to engage in an exciting, Japanese cultural project centered around Pensacola Opera’s mainstage production, Madama Butterfly!

The cultural day will take place on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at the Japan House at the UWF campus. Activities will include a tea ceremony, origami making, traditional Japanese dancing, Japanese name translations and much more!

The cost is $5 per-person and reservations must be made in advance by calling the Opera Center at (850) 433-6737.
