Hot Opera Nights

Each Monday in June, join Pensacola Opera at Varona's Authentic Cuban Cuisine for dinner with entertainment provided by one of our fabulous singers. Tell your waiter you're there for Pensacola Opera, and 50% of your bill will be donated to support our programs!

We've had a fantastic time the past three weeks with Soprano Sheila Murphy, Tenor Patrick Kelley-Alvarado, and Erin Kelley Sammis and Timothy Kennedy, but we still have two weeks of great singers left! This coming Monday, our Carmen returns to thrill you while you dine!

Monday, June 23rd, Hot Opera Nights brings one of Pensacola Opera's favorite mezzo-sopranos back to town - Elise Quagliata, who sang Carmen in our 2006 production. Quagliata has sung with Florida Grand Opera, the Pensacola Symphony, Opera Omaha. She began her career as a Studio Artist with Chautauqua Opera and continued as an Apprentice and Ensemble Artist with Des Moines Metro Opera, Resident Artist with Opera Iowa, and Resident and Mainstage Artist with Pensacola Opera. With her dynamic presence, Quagliata will make sure "Hot Opera Nights" lives up to its name.
